Yoga

My Yoga classes are about getting to know yourself from the inside out, they are a practice of self enquiry.

I like to focus on Asana (poses) and Pranayama (breath practices). These yoga practices are done to build strength, resilience and flexibility in the body. In my sessions I want my clients to build a deeper connection with themselves. I like the idea of warming up the body, moving the joints, feeling the breath and familiarizing ourselves with the systems of the body.

Learning, growing and self development are parts of the benefits of a yoga practice.
